Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

Welcome to moicity2u. This Terms and Conditions document sets out the legally binding agreement between you as the user ("Member") and the moicity2u platform ("we", "the platform", "moicity2u"). By registering, accessing, or using any part of the moicity2u platform — whether via the website, mobile app, or any other interface — you expressly confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document.

If you disagree with any part of these terms, please do not proceed with registration or use of the moicity2u platform. Continued use following any amendment to the terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

These terms should be read together with moicity2u's Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which form part of the overall agreement between you and moicity2u.

Eligibility and Account Registration

User Account Management

3.1 One Account Per Person

Each individual is only permitted to hold one active account at moicity2u. Registering more than one account — whether under your own name, someone else's name, or modified information — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a serious breach of these terms.

If duplicate accounts are detected, moicity2u reserves the right to close all accounts in question, void all bonuses and winnings obtained through those accounts, and return the original deposits (excluding winnings) at the platform's discretion.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your moicity2u username and password confidential. Do not share your login details with anyone, including family members or friends. moicity2u will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised use of your account.

3.3 Account Responsibility

You are fully responsible for all activity that takes place on your account. moicity2u will treat all instructions and transactions carried out using your login credentials as valid and made by you personally, unless you report an account compromise within a reasonable timeframe.

Deposits and Payment Methods

4.1 Accepted Deposit Methods

Moicity2u accepts deposits via the following Malaysian payment methods only. All transactions are in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR):

4.2 General Deposit Terms

• All deposits must come from an account or e-wallet registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.
• Moicity2u does not accept deposits in any currency other than Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).
• Every successfully processed deposit will be credited to your game balance instantly.
• Moicity2u does not charge any processing fees on deposits. However, your payment service provider may apply their own charges.
• If your deposit has not been credited within 10 minutes, please contact our customer support team with proof of your transaction.

Withdrawal

5.1 Withdrawal Eligibility

To be eligible for withdrawals, you must have completed the basic identity verification (KYC) process required by moicity2u. Withdrawals are only permitted to accounts or e-wallets registered in your own name — third-party withdrawals are not allowed under any circumstances.

5.2 Withdrawal Processing Times

• Regular Members: Withdrawals are processed in under 3 minutes to your preferred e-wallet.
• VIP Silver members and above: Express withdrawals processed in under 2 minutes.
• Withdrawal to bank account (FPX): Within 30 minutes to a few hours, depending on the operating hours of the respective bank.

5.3 Rollover Requirements Prior to Withdrawal

Balances obtained through bonuses or promotions may be subject to rollover requirements before they can be withdrawn. The specific rollover conditions for each bonus type are clearly stated in the relevant promotion terms. Balances derived from cash deposits (non-bonus) carry no rollover requirement and may be withdrawn at any time.

VIP benefits include daily cashback of up to 20%, weekly reload bonuses, free spins, monthly cash prizes, and a dedicated VIP manager for the highest tiers. Game Rules

7.1 Game Fairness

All games offered by moicity2u — including live casino (baccarat, dragon tiger, roulette, blackjack, sic bo), online slots, poker, and table games — use RNG (Random Number Generator) technology that has been independently audited by third-party auditing bodies. This ensures that every game outcome is genuinely random and cannot be manipulated by any party, including moicity2u itself.

7.2 Technical Disruptions

In the event of a technical disruption or system failure during gameplay, moicity2u will endeavour to restore the game to its last valid state. If restoration is not possible, the affected bets may be voided and the funds returned to your account balance. moicity2u is not responsible for losses arising from internet service interruptions on your end.

7.3 Game Errors

In the event of a technical error resulting in an incorrect payout, moicity2u reserves the right to void the transaction and restore the balance to its correct state. This applies even if funds have already been credited to your account — no winnings are considered final until full system verification has been completed.

Sports Betting & E-Sports

8.1 Bet Acceptance

Moicity2u reserves the right to decline or limit any bet at our discretion without providing a reason. This may occur due to high bet values, suspicious betting patterns, or sudden changes in match-related information.

8.2 Results Calculation

The outcome of all Sports Betting and e-sports bets on moicity2u is determined by the official results issued by the relevant governing body. For football matches such as the Malaysia Super League or EPL, the result applied is the score at the end of regular time (90 minutes) unless otherwise stated in the applicable market terms.

8.3 Match Cancellation

If a match is cancelled, postponed, or not completed within the stipulated timeframe, the related bets will be voided and the funds returned to your account balance. For e-sports bets such as Mobile Legends MPL Malaysia or Dota 2 The International, matches resumed after a delay are considered valid and results will be determined based on the official final outcome.

Responsible Gaming

Moicity2u takes our social responsibility seriously. Gambling should remain an enjoyable form of entertainment — not a source of stress, anxiety, or financial difficulty. Our platform provides the following self-control tools for all members:

• Deposit Limits: Set your own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Limits cannot be increased within 7 days of being set.
• Loss Limit: Set the maximum amount you are willing to lose within a specified period.

You may close your moicity2u account at any time by contacting our customer support. Prior to closure, any remaining balance (after deducting bonuses that have not met the rollover requirements) will be returned to you via the same payment method used for your deposit.

10.2 Restrictions and Closure by moicity2u

Moicity2u reserves the right to suspend or close your account without prior notice if any of the following are found:

• Evidence of fraud, game manipulation, or use of unauthorised software
• Ownership of more than one active account
• Providing false information during registration or the KYC process
• Attempts to launder money or engage in suspicious financial activity
• Threats, harassment, or abusive behaviour towards support staff
• Violation of any terms in this document

Limitation of Liability

Moicity2u shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive losses arising from your use of our platform. This includes losses resulting from internet service disruptions, unfavourable game outcomes, errors in betting decisions, or use of the platform in violation of these terms.

In all circumstances, moicity2u's maximum liability to you shall not exceed the amount of active deposits held in your account at the time the claim arises. Your use of the moicity2u platform is at your own risk, and you acknowledge that gambling carries the risk of financial loss.

Amendments to Terms and Conditions
